The introduction on the homepage of this site is worth the trip over just by itself, but delve further into this web area and you discover a very tempting online cookbook that celebrates the pleasures of guilt-free food. Challenging you to indulge in butter, eggs, cream, meat, and fat, these two GenX "food pioneers" have a bevy of great recipes including dishes like seared Portobello mushrooms and monkfish medallions with almond black butter sauce. A little brash and not exactly written for the sensitive or politically correct, their advice at the top of each recipe is nonetheless entertaining.
